The best yoga studio. Friendly, kind and helpful staff. Hatha Level 1 with Deva Datta is the most amazing class and the perfect way to start your week. Highly recommend if you’re new to yoga like me.

I've tried a lot of yoga studios in the area and this is my fav so far. Every class I've been to was enjoyable. I hate hot yoga so the fact this studio doesn't do it is a huge plus. Everyone is very friendly and unpretentious. Prices are reasonable too. Only con is that it's a small space. One class I went to was a bit overcrowded, making it hard to do some poses. I'd advise management to cap the number of students a bit lower (especially for the smaller room).

I just want to say that this place is the best for ACRO YOGA!!! Here are the 5 life lessons I learned from MoJoFlow 1. Learn to let go: Acro yoga involves learning to let go. The harder your grasp, the harder it is to get into the pose. Loosen your grip! Let go of expectations, be spontaneous and learn to fly! 2. Trust: You need to trust. Trust in your new made friend and partner that they will keep you safe. Also trust your spotter will catch you. Trust in the universe...It’s got your back! (Trust me) 3. Face Your Fears: I used to be terrified of heights. I also used to suffer from major anxiety which kept me stuck in certain areas of my life. Guess what, the fear you feel when you are being lifted in the air balancing on someone’s feet while trying to do a pose was enough to keep me in the present moment, grounded (believe it or not) and learn to believe in myself. There is just no time to think about your past regrets or future worries! Nothing feels better than facing your fears head on and conquering it. Now I could still say that I still get scared when I am in high places or when am meeting someone new, but Acro Yoga gave me the confidence to know that I could handle this. Everything is “figureoutable” 4. Friends and Families that Acro together stay together: My Acro Yogis have become my created family. I love them very much. I am also so so so grateful for MoJoFLow for being my Acro parents. When I first started Acro years ago with another instructor, I felt like I did not belong because I did not feel “advanced enough”. I was not encouraged to keep trying, instead I was told that “this class is not for beginners” so I always felt not good enough. Andrew and Jo were the complete opposite! They always built me up, They never put me down even when I was doing something wrong. It was always positive feedback. Overtime, I became more and more confident in myself. I learned that you should never let anybody tell you what you can or can’t do. You are the boss of your life. So own it! Go for what you want and with hard work, percieverance and consistency, you will get there! 5. Learn to Fall: One of my biggest fears is failure. I use to be so hard on myself when I could not get something right, or right away. I was used to having high expectations for myself because I was raised in a family that promoted that way of thinking. As a result, I learned to be unkind to myself when I could not meet my expectations, or worse the expectations of others. I learned to please people at the cost of my happiness. I learned that this got me nowhere. It also did not get anyone anywhere. I was burning myself to keep everybody warm. Until one day, I could not take it anymore, I ended up in deep depression. Learning to love myself for who I am was the best medicine and antidote for my sadness. Acro Yoga helped connect me to new friends, gave me confidence in myself. Most of all, it taught me to expect that every now and then I will fall, or not get a pose. It’s okay not to get it right. It’s okay to never get it perfect. It’s always going to be a work in progress. And that is beautiful. Now I revel in how far I have come. I am in love myself more than ever and I embrace myself for who I am, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Thank you yoga for showing me that. That is is the biggest and most important gift I had ever received. Confessions of a freedom flyer Love & Light, TJ C.

This studio has best teachers in the town!! They also cover a wide range of styles of yoga you can pick, and Mysore classes you can practise with teacher’s assistance. In additional warm staff and good location. I took the YTT250 there and it was one of the best experiences I had!
