This place is amazing! Great music, tea and the vibes! I love they setup and put everything back for me. The class room was spacious and my class had less than 10 people. I will be back!

This yoga studio is amazing! As soon as you walk in you feel like you're at a spa. The atmosphere is so relaxing. They have tea and water for you to drink and they lay out all the mats and props ahead of the class for you. You also don't have to clean up! All of the teachers are really nice and every class is different and challenging in its own way. This is a relaxed atmosphere and not intimidating like other studios can be. The oil massage at the end of every class is worth the trip!

Absolutely beautiful studio in a redesigned house right in the middle of Leslieville. I'll echo the previous reviewer that it feels like a spa when you walk in and continues to feel like a trip to the spa as you go through class. It's such a little thing but you do not have to bring ANYTHING to class as they set everything up for you. This "little" thing is actually a huge thing when you are so overwhelmed from the day that something as small as "where the hell did i leave my mat?" can actually derail you from attending a class. I work a late shift at my job (until 8pm) so being able to jump in the car without thinking about whether or not I have all my "stuff" to get to an 8:30pm class makes it so much more accessible for me. The essential oil massage at the end of class and the beautiful tea station in the lounge just continues the feelings of being at the spa. Absolutely one of the best yoga studios in the east end, hands down.

This is an amazing studio. It's so full service: mats laid out when you arrive and left behind when you go. The class I went to was very small so you get a lot of attention, the instructor even offering to bring you things that are out of reach, and a quick essential oil massage at the end. I felt at home immediately here - it's so clean and beautiful, it wasn't cliquey, I was shown where everything was and there were no surprises. Instructions in class were clear and calming and encouraged everyone to go at their own pace. For the same price as every other studio in town, this is a seriously elevated experience.
