Thank you for having such an amazing space where we can gather to practice. The installations are always super clean, the changing rooms and showers are always in perfect condition. The teachers are always willing to help, and I love how many different classes available are to choose.

UPDATE: Another manager contacted me after seeing this review and extended my pass. I wish the owners/managers were more understanding and accommodating. I bought a 10 class pass and near the end of my pass I threw my back out. I only had 3 classes left so I asked for a two week extension while I rest. No dice. The manager suggested I upgrade it and buy another pass that didn't expire.

Like every yoga studio, instructors have different styles at this studio. I like some better than others. The studio itself is very nice though. Spacious rooms and classes were never too crowded. I would love it even more if the rental mats are better quality...

I feel like I have found a new home in the city at Iam Yoga! It has truly changed my life. Nothing but positivity from this location. The staff are super lovely and kind, always saying hello, asking how you are and wishing you a good practice. The teachers are very unique and offer different classes which is good for the yogi that likes diversity! I find each class a new experience and I better my practice with each step into the studio. Truly a great environment. For anyone a bit nervous about getting their yoga journey started, or if you are looking for a new studio to call home - youll find it at Iam yoga midtown
