An amazing time working with one of the practitioners - Hilary Boucher. Did a KMI 12 series and over 8 weeks after am still noticing the changes in my body. Have been searching for many years for help correcting poor biomechanics and chronic pain. Massages were always temporary at best and no doubt with the method Hilary practices they are clearly long term and have many ripple effects. Hilary didn't symptom chase which at the time was frustrating but in retrospect I'm grateful she was confident enough to hear my complaints/symptoms and continue to do what she does. There is still a bit more work to be done - which I am highly looking forward to.
