I have always felt welcome here. The rooms are filled with light (during the day), there is a small change room. I use cost-effective bulk-buy sessions. They have an excellent variety of classes, although I sometimes wish I was able to make it to ones that are at inconvenient times. Their teachers are wonderful. Sometimes I find the temperature control off for me, but I also never speak up about it. I've found the staff helpful.

I completed my YTT here and love the staff, the building and the vibes from TYS! High quality teachers with zero ego & great intentions. Cynthia is an amazing human & a great leader which sets this place apart from others.

Yoga Sanctuary is one of the most serene yoga studios in the city. I love their third floor practice room - it makes me feel like I'm so far above the busy-ness of the street below. Also, the community is great - great teachers, great students - very chill.

Completed a class called Ashtanga with instructor Mihaela today. She is excellent, this was the best class I've taken of about 10. I am a beginner and find it difficult to follow the instructor sometimes, but I could follow her guidance and I felt the positive results after. She also has a pleasant sense of humour which is nice - it made the class fun and light hearted. I enjoy coming to this studio more than the yoga class at my gym.

I think the name says it all. Beautiful space here and there are a range of classes offered during the day and at night. Definitely a pleasant escape from the daily hustle and bustle of downtown.
