Last night I met my wife flustered in a changeroom at this location saying she wanted to leave. The employee named Tess, who she had asked for help from had fat shamed her and ignored her. My wife is far from fat and was really looking forward to upgrading her wardrobe. When asking how a pair of pants looked on her, Tess responded bluntly, "uh, they are too tight". And walked away, offering no other help. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable and I hope this finds Tess and prevents her from hurting other women in this way. Usually this location has provided my wife and I very helpful service, but Tess ruined the experience for my wife and the efforts of the rest of the store's employees.

I went to this location on Valentine's Day to get some pants for my wife. This is some of the best customer service I have ever received. The staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. This will definitely be the next location I visit for my next lulu purchase.

I have shopped at this location a few times now and have been very happy with the level of service provided every time. The staff is very knowledgeable and readily available to answer any questions or help find the perfect fit in their clothes. I love finding things on sale when they have them there. I am still loving my workout clothes that I bought over 3 years ago and I am loving my workout pants I bought this time around. Will continue to be a customer here!
