Friendly front desk staff that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. It seems simple but for a breastfeeding mom being able to have a glass of water or a nice cup of tea is so important. Instructors are aware that each mom is at a different place in her post pregnancy recovery. I also love that there are prenatal and postnatal services available in one place. And it's great that baby is always welcome.

I went here for my very first prenatal massage and the place was warm and clean. The staff at the front desk was accomodating. I had an awesome time during my massage with Madeleine (i hope i got her name right). She even gave me some advice on how to do stretches for a specific part of my body. My husband was allowed to wait for me at the lobby while he was comfortably working with his laptop. Before we left they gave me a small treat. I will definitely go back to Toronto Yoga Mamas for another soothing massage!

I wish I had discovered this place earlier in my pregnancy. The absolute best prenatal massage I have had, but also best massage in general. The staff are incredible, the location is welcoming and warm. Your health and wellness is clearly their top priority and I will definitely be returning.

I always love coming there. The environment and ambience is amazing, love the staff, everyone is great. Having a card on file and not having to search through your bag after is fantastic. Plus the retail space always has the cutest stuff!

Love this place! Beautiful space, mix of services and a very professional and holistic approach to pelvic floor physio. I have gone to another physiotherapist in the past and much prefer Lamiya at Yoga mamas.
