If you want to experience a holistic and challenging yoga practice, then you need to try out this studio. It has a small, intimate, not 'big box' feeling. The studio is super clean and the change rooms/showers are pristine. The Sunday night 5pm class is by far the best yoga class I have ever experienced. The 630 am yoga class is also excellent and really starts the day. Unfortunately, I don't live near the studio, otherwise I would be a member! I come to the studio when I am in the area to get my yoga practice in, and look forward to attending. Definitely a great studio!

I recently went to a class after years of not doing yoga and it was absolutely amazing! The instructor did a really good job and it was like the hour went by so quickly. The location is convenient and very clean. I will definitely be back!

This is my favourite Moksha in Toronto. The vibe is very welcoming and inclusive. I haven't encountered any stuck up Yogis here, or an all-pervasive yoga ego that some classes in the city reek of, for lack of a better word. Reception is always nice and the teachers are really lovely. I especially like the Flow classes because they are different than the standard Moksha practice, but like all Moksha studios, the room is reliably hot (just the way I like it) and the facilities are extremely well maintained. It looks like they clean the changerooms after every single class, which is important in an environment with so much heat and sweat. Love it :)

This studio is great! It was my first yoga experience ever and I loved it! The moment you walk in you instantly feel more relaxed. I just finished my intro month and it was everything I needed. The instructors are awesome and they really make sure you get the most out of each class. I will definitely be coming back!

This was my first hot yoga experience over a year ago and I loved it! I've tried other locations but I have to say this one is by far the best. Everyone is super friendly and the amenities are exceptional. Super clean, convenient location and the instructors are amazing. You will never feel out of place and for a first timer, I felt so welcomed, which is why I came back. I've brought multiple friends to try and they were impressed. You always leave the studio feeling great and the flexible time schedules make it impossible to skip a class. Thank you to the staff for such a wonderful experience!
