The staff are all very friendly, the space is nice but I really do not like that they charge you for every little thing after paying over $20 per class. They charge you for mat rentals, towels for your mat rentals, towels for the shower rental, water jar rental... its a bit much. I wish that they advertised the classes are Bikram style- not my favourite style and I ended up stuck in a 90minute class :( I'm a trained yoga teacher and decided to give the studio another shot (it's close to where I work) I went to their inferno hot pilates class... first it's not a pilates class at all. It's a HIIT class that uses some pilates moves. So I've been trained that in a hot room you shouldn't be doing any moves that are too high impact, too stressful on the body. They have you doing Burpees in a heated room, from my training this is really unsafe. Super nice people but not the studio for me.

The studio itself is small but functional and in a nice enough space, although the communal showers were a bit surprising (didn't personally bother me, but I can imagine others may be uncomfortable). I did the "Inferno pilates" class on the weekend and strongly believe this should be re-named - it's more of a bootcamp/aerobics class, and stating that it relies on "pilates principles" is a bit of a stretch. Yes, there were bridges and some sit ups, but those are common in many different styles of exercise and not exclusive to pilates - in fact, performing sit ups so quickly is the opposite of "pilates principles". I haven't tried their yoga classes which is clearly the focus of the studio, so I am just reviewing the one class that I did. I would also like to note to the studio that your sign up process for new customers is not CASL compliant - you cannot have the "opt in" box automatically checked off. Users must actively select that box. I would recommend that the studio changes this functionality ASAP to avoid fines.

Myself and girlfriend have been coming to this studio now for about 2 months. We started off by trying their 5 classes for $5.00 each class starter rate for first timers at the studio. We immediately became hooked on not only practising bikram yoga, but the mentality of the teachers and management. Every instructor is positive, motivating and inspiring. Their flexibility in lengths of classes makes this a great studio for all. I highly recommend trying this studio for all who are looking to make a positive change in their life and have accompanied by an incredible staff while doing so.

This is a great Bikram studio! The instructors have been very helpful and the owner has given me many insights into my practice. It is impeccably clean well taken care of. If you drive then parking can be trouble, but I found if I turn down the street nearby I can find a free spot.
