Came in for a visit from out of town. The price was a little high for a day pass $15.00, but the manager said it was good for 24 hours. I don't do a lot of reviews but the manager and staff were so friendly. I got a tour of the gym and even a trainer helped me out when I had a few questions. I've been working out for a long time and I really noticed a difference in my work out with a few small changes, that someone took the time to show me! Well Done!!

Had trouble canceling my membership, the guy working at the present time was useless and didnt seem to care. I did however get great customer service through their hard to contact customer service line. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Absolutly hate the air port security level turnstyle to get in. Goodlife you had the best club in Chatham but recent changes due to lack of good sales people forced you to reduce services. Get some good sales people and we can have our club back.

I normally attend spin classes at various goodlife locations around Toronto, and love them! Had my first spin class at the Chatham location last week and what a horrible class it was. I have NO words to describe how BAD and UNPROFESSIONAL it was. The instructor that taught the spin class on Thurs Jan 12th should not be teaching. Throughout the whole class I had no idea what was going on. Every few seconds she would get off topic, laugh, talk to gym members walking by or with the spinners, which was unrelated to the class. On top of that, she was mumbling every time she chose to get back to the actual spin class. It was a very sloppy job. If you have NEVER been to a spin class, and decide to start here, you will be EXTREMELY CONFUSED. I think this spin class is a tight-knit type of thing because the other members seemed to know each other and the spin instructor, didn't mind it was horrible and enjoyed whatever the heck was going on (which I would not call even a closely intense workout). I most likely will not be attending that class again until that instructor is replaced- it was a big joke.

After hours fort knox turnstyle enterance a rediculous addition. If you make a mistake with your pass you dont get in for 30 mins. Number to call for after hours 'help' useless.
