Used to be a great place to workout but they have cut most of the group exercise classes. There are no classes in the evenings anymore but they still charge the same for memberships. Not worth it anymore.

Cobourg usually has terrible holiday hours. Great club when not busy. Clean. Bright. I've been to at least 10 good life locations. All different. All pretty good. Rarely a bad staff member, but they never ruin your day.

Pros: very wide selection of equipment and classes, WIFI (to save u from the horrible load music that keeps bombarding u there), large exercise room, wonderful staff. Cons: old equipment (ellipticals, treadmills etc...) where u cannot connect to apps and the lime, has a tanning bed, in this age really???, bathrooms quite old and look like they need a serious facelift. Certainly not a downtown gym by any stretch, but gets things done.

Not worth it anymore. They cut back the hours recently so now Friday Hours and weekend hours are horrible. Only reason I stay with them is because I live close to the mall.
