I recently went to a meditation retreat at Sugar Ridge and I was blown away with how amazing it was. From start to finish I felt so welcomed and at home in this wonderfully cozy and beautiful atmosphere Liz and her team have created. The food was absolutely delicious (I'm not vegan but I bought the cookbook because the food was so wonderful and it will help me eat cleaner) and the meditation and yoga experiences were mind-opening and extremely relaxing. The cabins were clean and comfortable and it was just so nice to be out in nature. I cannot recommend Sugar Ridge highly enough. I think everyone would benefit from a relaxing retreat at Sugar Ridge.

I've had the pleasure of visiting Sugar Ridge twice -- once in the dead of winter and once at the height of summer. Both experiences were exceptional. The food is not only delicious and lovingly prepared, it makes you feel great -- healthy and vital. The setting is beautiful in any season but the owner / host, Liz Frost is what truly what makes Sugar Ridge special. If you are looking for bliss, this is the place to find it. I look forward to getting back as soon as I can.

Last weekend was my second visit to Sugar Ridge and I loved it even more than my first! There is a calming, healing energy to this wonderful place thanks to Liz and Kurt. I was touched by Liz's warmth and compassion. The cabins are cozy, I met some new friends, and the food is out of this world!! Can't wait to try some of the recipes from their cookbook. After a weekend of hiking, yoga and mindful meditation I have returned home feeling refreshed and renewed. I can't wait to join Liz on her Asia retreat in the fall :)

I was at Sugar Ridge Resort for a yoga retreat in March 2018 and I really enjoyed it. The cabins were great, the beds are very comfortable, the duvets amazing. The windows in the cabin where I stayed were huge, I felt as if I slept in the forest, not inside. This was wonderful. The food for our stay was vegan and even though I am not vegan, I really enjoyed it. The kitchen is very large and open into the eating area, so we could observe with how much love and care our food was prepared. The sauces were made from scratch and were delicious. The hike in the woods, bon fire, yoga, friends, great food and accommodations - what a wonderful weekend this was. I highly recommend this resort and would love to come back again.

Had a great day filled with hiking, canoeing, yoga, meditation, and wonderful vegan/vegetarian food. Liz was a great leader and very good at fostering good and productive conversation. The experience was great and I will definitely consider Sugar Ridge as a retreat destination in the future.
