2 months ago I decided to try Hatha Yoga for the first time with Michelle. I had always been interested in the idea of yoga but never gone to a class. Michelle instantly made me feel welcome and comfortable, as she has a very warm and caring personality. She was very good at explaining different aspects of yoga and the poses. Every class was something different, there was a lot of variety, which I really enjoyed! She also makes classes focused on different aspects you would like to work on (i.e. balance, de-stress). Michelle has allowed me to have a new love for Hatha Yoga, which I'm very thankful for! I plan to continue to have yoga as part of my life for the benefits of body and mind. Thank you Michelle for being an awesome teacher and showing me how awesome yoga is!

If you want real yoga, not aerobics or elite stretching, go see Michelle! She is the real deal. Her knowledge and the way she treats her students reflect a deep understanding and embodiment of yoga. She is very humble, intuitive and always listens carefully to her students, modifying the class to what we need. Her kundalini class always works, whether it is for digestion, posture, or relieving stress etc. I can't say enough good things - she is a real secret gem in the area.

Attending Michelle’s yoga classes weekly immensely help me with various health issues. I am stronger, more flexible and have more energy. Michelle is a gentle, respectful instructor allowing me to move at my own pace and providing hands on assistance when needed. Thank you Michelle for giving me the space to let my body move me.

Practice YOGA with Michelle, her classes have a balance of techniques, and introduces new and challenging movements weekly. Each movement flows into another and Michelle tells us that you only do what your body says it can, pain is not gain. In practicing with Michelle I have gained balance, less injuries when tripping or falling, mobility to hips and shoulders, stronger ankles, erect body posture, and breathing to reduce stress and anxiety.
