I've been going to this gym for about 4 months after wanting more separation from the work gym. It's a huge facility, well maintained and clean. The average patron is friendly - have yet to have an unpleasant experience with anyone there. The desk staff are always smiling and the saunas are great after the work out. I love the turf for prowler, walks and carries. The only piece I'd pick at is 1. the custodial staff leave all toiletries (shampoo, body wash, lotion) empty for a few days before refilling. Also, some of the trainers tend to leave their personal items on benches that could be used by people using the gym.

Best club in KW! Amazing staff and equipment. Change rooms are spotless. Showers and saunas are very clean. They have classes all the time and they are amazing for getting into shape.

This is my favorite GoodLife location. Lots of room, great cardio to weight balance, squash courts, lots of squat racks, and there is an exclusive area for women. Being open 24 hours is great for the students who can be on usual schedules. I love the culture at this location. For the most part people are considerate and focused on their workouts. Overcrowding is not usually a huge issue outside of peak hours. Parking can be a bit of a problem between 5-7 pm.

This location is one of biggest good life locations I have been to. I usually come after 9pm as it gets really busy before then, since the Kitchener location closed down. There is a co-ed area as well as a women's only area. Staff here are always very friendly.

One of the best Good Life locations! Huge space with modern equipment. Even though it can get busy, it never feels crowded. The women's only section is large and has a great selection of equipment.
