This place is the bee's knees! They have a couple of different studios - all of which are very calming. I've liked every single one of my instructors. There is emphasis on your own personal practice, and no one pushes you to go past your comfort level. The lavender towels at the end of practice feel incredible after hot yoga. Very clean, well-organized space with mats to rent and friendly staff.

Get your Namaste on here! I love how accommodating CCY is for newcomers, and each instructor does help adjust if needed. Don't be intimidated by all the pros practicing around you; with time, that will be you too! I highly recommend taking a community class first, just $6, to see if this place is for you. I am almost certain that you will love your experience here!

I've been practicing here for the past seven months and it's absolutely amazing! Biggest yoga studio I've been to with a huge variety of classes to choose from. Love this place!

I had been practicing yoga about once a week for ten years or so until I moved a couple blocks from Charm City Midtown. No lie, it is the BEST thing that ever happened to me. I now practice several times a week and love, love, love it. There are so many classes to choose from at varying times of day, varying levels, and in different traditions. The studio is clean, staff is friendly and helpful, and they offer a great rewards program that helps to keep your yoga affordable. There is a teacher and a class for everyone. Give Charm City a try; there's sure to be something for you!

I love Charm City Yoga! The Sunday night community hot yoga class at 8:30pm has been built into my routine for about 2 years. It's a wonderful way to end the week and the community class price is very reasonable. Very knowledgeable and engaging teachers. The community classes can be a little crowded, but for me, it is worth it.
