I love this place, yoga instructor is a real guru in her field, I was welcomed from the first time I attended, It is so soothing to have a head massage after the class, Yoga class instructor helps with adjusting the pose for each level, - Also she is a lovely , kind and generous person also, I will recommend it to everybody, come and see yourself .

Lee is a wonderful teacher in so many ways. Her welcoming smile from the moment I walked into her studio had me sold. Her passion for the art of yoga shows in her very hands on approach. I really appreciate that if one cannot do the full on pose she will show you another way to do it and achieve the same effect. She stresses that you will be obtaining the same amount of stretch and will "get there." This becomes very evident when you talk to some of the other folks in the class, and in my own evaluation of how far I have come since first starting at the beginning of the year. Lee's knowledge of the human anatomy is truly amazing. If you are wanting a friendly, inviting, non judge-mental yoga studio this is the place for you.

It's very rare to find a teacher like Lee Lorber! She makes one feel welcome from the very first class. She incorporates aromatherapy, Alexander Technique, and massage into her thoughtful classes. She is a passionate teacher who truly cares about her students! She is constantly continuing her education to achieve the utmost knowledge in order to pass this on to her students. She is unmatched in her commitment and devotion! Her students are truly blessed! - Susan Rand

I attended my first ever yoga class on Friday and absolutely loved it! The studio was beautiful, the class was small and intimate, and even as a beginner, I felt very welcome by both the instructor and the other students, who were more advanced. The pace of the class was great; it never felt rushed. I needed a little bit of extra help since this was my first class, and the instructor helped me through. I'm so glad that I chose Equipose for my first yoga class and I can't wait to go again!

My fiancée Bill and I took yoga together about five years ago and we both really enjoyed it until our yoga teacher stopped teaching yoga to pursue other interests. Recently, I ran into my former teacher and she highly recommended Lee as an instructor and suggested that we try one of her classes. Our first class was the "Yin" class which is on Saturday mornings. I think that this class is ideal for beginners, students out of practice, or anyone who wants to start the weekend with a bit of stretching, mild toning and a little relaxation at the end. Bill and I both were impressed with Lee's class so we decided to try out the "All Levels" class on Wednesday evening. We found that this class has a slightly higher intensity and we felt very energized after taking it. Bill and I have continued to take Lee's classes over the summer and we both feel as if we are building strength and better form. Lee is very mindful of everyone's level in the class and modifies the poses accordingly. The studio is beautiful and fully equipped. Bill and I give Equipose Yoga two thumbs up!!
