Just finished my 1st week of unlimited Yoga here at Yoga Six. I love the cleanliness of the studio rooms and lobby and bathroom/locker room. They have some complimentary toiletries at the sink, which I have not needed but thought was a nice touch. The classes I attended were; hot yoga, deep stretch and power yoga. The room temperature and humidity in the room was comfortable and controlled. I felt the yoga teachers in all classes I attended were knowledgeable and helpful in their guidance of the sessions. Overall, I felt welcomed and as though I belonged there. Thank you Yoga Six staff for your caring hearts and gracious ways. I highly recommend giving gifts Yoga Six Des Pres a try.

I started Yoga class with Yoga Six Des Peres 3 weeks ago, and tried some different classes such as boot camp, hot yoga, power yoga etc., I like all classes and instructors. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. I already referred several friends to join the class and will continue to referral to friends.

Understaffed, unaccommodating. Great classes but the studio is understaffed. I understand if they don't want people coming in a few minutes late, but they lock the door the second the class begins since they aren't adequately staffed enough to have someone at the front desk. That means, if you're 40 seconds late like I was, you're locked out, which is a bit unrealistic. This is the only studio I've ever visited that doesn't have front desk staff to let customers in, even if class literally just started seconds ago! Also, I should mention I've had a class canceled without receiving any notification. They should hire more staff if they aren't able to run a studio properly.b

I got the 2 months unlimited use Groupon and I've been going since the 22nd of May and I absolutely love it! I did not think that I would enjoy Yoga this much. The staff and instructors are very friendly and helpful! I'm new to Yoga and I'm not a very small girl and I do not feel unwelcome at all. The Studio is extremely clean, the rest rooms are amazing. And the iPhones app is great for scheduling classes. I would highly recommend any of my friends to Yoga Six!

Great first experience with Yoga Six in Des Peres. I have not done yoga in five years, but the employees were welcoming and friendly. They immediately put my mind at ease and talked me through what sessions would be best. I did power yoga and it was an intense course but I never felt overwhelmed. The amenities, from the showers to the phone chargers in the lockers, are top notch. I purchased a one month unlimited plan but I'm sure I'll be going back for more.
