I have been going here for a number of years now and absolutely love the knowledge, patience, support, and commitment to well-being that Nickeshia and Davy have. They live and breathe what they teach and have helped me on my fitness journey immensely. Anyone looking for training or yoga will not go wrong here!

I love working out at Damask Studios!! The space is bright, lively, and clean. The vibe is calm yet super motivational and makes me want to train harder!! Love doing private fitness training with Nataliya Zlotnikov. Amazing at challenging what you can do with a unique approach and exercises, especially if you have a complex body type and fitness level!! Highly recommend for great workout and fantastic results!!!

I love working out at Damask! Davy has a great set up, with a variety of classes and an amazing team of instructors, each with a unique approach to fitness. Inversions are the best, and there's nothing like following up a workout with yoga. The retreats offer healthy escapism in beautiful locations. Damask is a fun and supportive environment whatever your goals.

Damask is my favourite place to work out! The iron pilates class is my go-to for getting toned and building core strength. I also recommend the head-to-toned if you want to get your butt kicked and restorative yoga for treating your tired muscles. Davy and her team have created a great selection of classes and there is a strong community vibe in the studio that keeps me coming back! Super reasonable pricing and ample free parking are icing on the cake :)

I love Damask. I took one class and haven't stopped since. The instructors, classes and vibe have helped me make exercise a consistent part of my life! I wish I had ventured down those stairs long ago.
