I'm an on again off again student, and every visit feels like I've not left. I am always welcomed with open arms, literally and I am gently guided through the poses as my body forgets how to move. It is welcoming, comfy and relaxing.(after class :-))

My home away from home! The place that helped me find my own strengths in my own time. That acknowledged me as a student and led me on my path to becoming a teacher. Can't imagine my life without them, and don't want to!

Attending a class at PYC St. Catherine's is always a delightful experience .This is a wonderful environment where you can grow your yoga strengths and make new friends. The staff are very knowledgeable and supportive to those who attend classes.I am now 70 plus years old .Each year I appreciate more deeply the need to keep limber, keep moving as a way to maintain one's independence. Wish yoga was more often prescribed by our physicians as one way to keep us seniors strong so we are able to live independently in our own homes well into our senior years..Special thanks to the staff in this caring yoga community
