I absolutely love this studio, especially Rachel! She was my first ever yoga instructor years ago when I first started practicing. I recently moved to Port Colborne and tried out 2 studios closer to home, they just didn't cut it. I now travel to Alchemy for my weekly practice. You not only feel your body during and after each practice, Rachel also teaches you so much about pain management, meditation, relaxation, the list goes on! She truly cares for each one of her clients. I am glad I am back.

I enjoy going to the Alchemy Yoga studio. It’s a beautiful place with a cozy interior and warm atmosphere. The studio has great teachers who are sharing their knowledge and energy with all their hearts. I always leave re-energized, focused and peaceful. I’m very thankful for this opportunity to create my inner peace and to lower my anxiety.

I would encourage people to come to alchemy yoga studio. The instructors are so very nice and you can do your yoga at your own pace. It is a lovely relaxing studio. If you need a place to calm your mind then this is it. It has worked wonders for me. I am so thankful for this haven of serenity.

Are you guilty of not taking time that is only for you. If you are looking for and experience that is truly unique to YOUR needs, I highly recommend that you "sit" in on one of the Om Shanti Yoga at Alchemy Yoga & Wellness Studio. Jackie's unique style, abilities and energy will help you to center, focus and heal.......and get healthier. Make you a priority for a change. You can drop in for a "sample", or sign up for an 8 week session. I promise you will be lifted.

Grateful and excited that Niagara Falls now has Alchemy Yoga Studio. Yoga has been part of my life for many years. I traveled to India on a Yoga Retreat to experience the true meaning of Yoga. After returning I attended Alchemy Yoga with Rachel and was taken back by her calmness and her gift to completely relax the body and the mind.
