Awesome studio with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Challenging workouts for all levels. After you try hot yoga you will never go back to regular yoga. They offer pilates here as well.

This studio is so flexible (no pun intended), professional and friendly. I have lived in the area for years and have seen this go from one owner to another. J is great! He is very prompt to answer any questions or concerns. Instructors from my experience have been wonderful. They just added Hot Pilates as well. I appreciate a yoga studio like this in the neighbourhood and I look forward to going to the classes! Highly recommend! Just make sure you are on time --- as no one likes interruptions!

I appreciate how the class has a lot of interesting postures for helping the lower back pain and shoulder/neck tension. Nice people too! Highly recommend it.

I've been to 3 yoga studios and Redwood is my favourite. Some of the classes have unconventional poses that get students to activate muscles we rarely use in day-to-day life. Smart, dedicated instructors and owner.
