This yoga studio is really beautiful! I've been coming here for many years and look forward to every class. All the teachers are fantastic.

Definitely my favorite studio, I drive from Oshawa to the Beach just to attend a class when I can. David G, is an amazing teacher, I wish I lived closer so I could attend more frequently.

This one of my favorite yoga studios in the city. If you are a fan of traditionally based Ashtanga yoga than this studio is for you. David Gellineau's style of teaching is very respectful of the individual but also he will gently coax students to their level of progression. Although he takes his yoga very seriously he manages to inject his classes with humor. I always leave this studio feeling renewed and more balanced!

David G is an amazing instructor - extremely knowledgeable and patient and one of the few "authorized ashtanga yoga instructors in the city". Classes here tend to be small due to the smaller nature of the studio which is great since you get a lot of one of one instruction and adjustments. Go to the mysore here! It's really the best way to practice and progress. Unfortunately the mysore program has changed and is only available to monthly unlimited members (I totally get why this is the case though) - otherwise, I would take the opportunity to drop in once in a while. The one big drawback is that there are no showers at the studio. If I lived in the area, it would be ok but sitting all sweaty in the car all the way home is a really big deterrent.
