Great classes! Great studio! I've been loving the inferno hot pilates!!!

(AKA Bikram Yoga Beaches) Very nice staff but I’m really sorry I can’t recommend for everyone. Pros - Staff and some people seemed to like it. Cons - My experience: Early morning 60 min hot yoga, awkward space at the door to remove shoes, staff explained everything well, but had to pay for mat rental (wrong - hot yoga should have mats pre-setup and you bring a proper yoga towel of your own or rent one), room is big/echoey with weird angles, strange lines to set up your rented mat & towel forcing people to either take up too little/not enough space, big pillars in the room adding to clunky vibe, couldn’t hear instructor very well over the echo and very loud heaters, weird shadowy lighting, slightly clunky flow. Tried again for a silent session and was slightly better but this time I used the men’s changing room, almost walked into women’s because that whole area (including lockers/showers) just seems too open and awkward. Also, pricing structure forces you to buy a package, which I will not use my remaining 7 sessions.

A nice variety of classes and clientele, nothing but friendliness and great customer service here. Reasonably priced and nice location. Only con is the shower/changing room: Bring your own towel and toiletries. The women's shower is communal, so I only hope they can change this for the regulars who are more private to freshen up after class vs sharing the shower space with 2 other women. The floors can get slippery, space is limited if there are more than 15 women changing after class. Overall, the classes are great - very knowledgeable instructors. If it's your first time checking out this place- they do have a groupon! Worth purchasing and then a repeat visit afterwards.

Excellent classes and instructors. Open studio with the right amount of heat. Diverse clientele.
