The Health Hut is a great place to exercise and in our community. Thomasina is really positive and she offers a lot of ways to get fit from yoga to boot camp style classes. She creates a welcoming and accepting environment. Thanks for all your effort Thomasina!

Still feeling jelly-like from my massage this afternoon. Thomasina knows what she is doing and is excellent at doing it! From the moment you walk in, til the moment you leave and after, you will feel amazing and welcomed!!

I've been participating in yoga classes for over 15 years and have been going to The Hut for the last 2 of those. Thomasin's style is unlike the solemn/serious, focused, albeit relaxing sessions that I had become used to. She is easy going, carefree, but still gives pointers on safety and appropriate posture while pushing you to try new things, be the strongest that you can be and giggling along the way. I have never attended a yoga class where I have laughed so much. Her classes offer a haven and a place to let go of the baggage you're carrying throughout your day. There is relaxation in allowing yourself to let go and just LAUGH in an atmosphere that accepts everyone as they are. Her rates/fees are also very reasonable which is truly appreciated for those on a tight budget. This is my new norm and I love it!

Energetic fitness classes, informative workshops, and soothing massages. Thomasina makes it fun and tailors it to your needs. I’ve really felt the benefits and look forward to each class and appointment.

Thomasina is an amazing person. She always inspires me to live a healthier life. I had my first lomi lomi massage with her last week and it was very therapeutic. She is very professional and knowledgeable. The yurt is also a positive, serene environment. The whole experience left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.
