Love my gym. Great classes, nice and helpful staff, the change rooms are always clean and well maintained. Really awesome selection of equipment that have instructions on them. The hydromassage chairs are amazing and the fact that that area has its own lighting is a nice touch. I wish there were more scales available though without needing to go into an office. I pay a good fee and get everything included. This location doesn't come with the online nutrition program with the peak membership as advertised. I love that I can get a full body analysis but every time I've asked for one- only one staff member can do it and he is always busy.

Love going to this gym! Atmosphere and staff are very uplifting and friendly. The price is amazing for what you get. All new equipment & kept very clean! Not to mention tanning is unlimited as well. The only machine I find myself missing is a back extension but I can deal with that! One of the only cons to this gym is the parking. They adjusters ticket very easily!

This may not be the gym for everyone, but I love it. Spacious facilities, really nice staff, and up to date equipment. The classes are great (although they could use more late evening classes), and the atmosphere is very non-judgemental. For the price, definitely worth it!

Overall this is a good value gym in downtown Hamilton. For anyone trying to find the gym, it's on the 3rd floor of the Hamilton city centre (1 floor above street level) across from the pedestrian bridge to the parking lot on Yorke st. Also note that that the price isn't really $10/month as there's a $60/year maintenance fee. Furthermore you have to get a year contract to get $10/month, if you want a month to month membership its $15/month Pros: Relatively cheap (still about $17/month if you lock in for a year and maintenance fees+taxes) Good location if you live downtown Hours are good, 5am-11pm most days Not very busy even during peak hours Clean, safe with mostly new equipment No one bothers me when I work out Cons: Hard to find where the gym actually is for the first time Deceptive pricing Not a huge amount of free weight equipment. There are only 2 bench presses, 2 squat racks, and 2 lifting platforms. There is usually 1 of each free in the mornings and evenings, but during peak hours they are sometimes all taken

The quietest gym ever! Tucked away at the end of the mall in Jackson square. They finally have some tanning booths and water massage beds and huge rooms for classes!
