3 stars since I enjoyed the friendly customer service but I was unfortunately really disappointed with the after math of my shellac manicure. I had the shellac put on Friday morning and by Friday evening I noticed quite a bit of lifting on my thumbs. I had a full day Saturday and noticed more lifting and the chipping started... by Sunday (when they're closed) my shellac was in a very ugly state... it looked as if it had been on my nails for 2 weeks. I couldn't believe all the chips. I was quite embarrassed of my nails as I had quite a few big events for Saturday and Sunday. I have been wearing shellac for a while now and have yet to experience any sort of thing like this so quick. (I'm not overly rough with my nails nor did I pick at them) They use bioseaweed gel which has been a favourite of mine for a while. I couldn't bare to look at my nails like that so by Sunday night I had removed the shellac on my own. - maybe I will call just to inform them of my experience I'm not sure if the the prep or technique were done wrong but like I said, really disappointing as I had such high hopes of this being my new place :(
