Donna is a great instructor, I have been enjoying her classes for many years and always leave feeling very cared for. Her classes are very personalized. She explains how the body works in various poses and specializes in recovery from pain.

I have been a client of Donna's for several years now. I am so impressed with her continuous and passionate study of yoga, anatomy and pain physiology and her application of this knowledge within our classes. In her small group classes or private sessions, she is very explicit and clear in her instruction. She has provided me with an excellent customized program of exercises for low back pain that I have incorporated into my daily routine.

Wonderful instructor. I have been attending yoga at Yoga Spiritus for many years and I can’t speak highly enough of Donna’s expert instruction and relaxed atmosphere. The yoga retreat in the summer is amazing too.

I've been attending these classes for several years now. I like the small class size, the ease of parking and how the class is always different, so I never get bored. Donna knows her yoga.

I have always had individual sessions with Donna and it has been a few years now. I had never done yoga before and as an big girl with no a lot of flexibility I was nervous. Donna is so calm and encouraging and listens to what you need or want to work on and tailors your session to your experience. I have had some injuries here and there and I find that her suggestions and only helped to speed up my healing. I would recommend her to anyone. Wholeheartedly.
