I just signed up to this gym with seven sessions with a personal trainer. I was given Abe as a trainer and he is fantastic. Not only does he provide workouts but he helps me stretch as I have fibromyalgia and knee pain. He also works out a diet plan for me so I can see the best results. I am already planning on purchasing more sessions. This guy is worth every penny. Highly recommend Abe.

This good life is a nice clean gym. There are mirrors on most walls to check forms and the gym recently got new weights that look quite nice. The staff are friendly and this gym is not normally too busy and you will not have to wait long or at all for most equipment. The only issue I see often is that people do not place the weights back at their appropriate place. This is a minor issue though

Always friendly staff who assist you the best way they can. Clean fitness club and easy access to parking and Ottawa Transit services. Open 24 hours a day. Lots of fitness classes to chose from with excellent Instructors. If you are looking for a new place to workout at - - - - give Goodlife Fitness a try. You will not be disappointed. Excellent service at all levels.

This location was convenient for me on my way home from work and it opens 24H Mon-Thur! It used to has pool which is my favorite facility but recently it is under construction. The staffs are friendly and facility are organized.

Good gym, doesn't reek one sweat like others. Good variety of machines and free weights. Can only rate 4 stars because I haven't used everything it has to offer though.
