People seem to complain that the gym is too full during peak times, but it is meant to be a smaller location that is open 24/7 (which is fantastic)! The place is clean, the gym fairly large, and the staff are excellent. It could use so more variety/times for their live classes, but that again is a function of the size and not necessarily a critique...it does very well with the size it is and I love going there (whereas I find most other locations even more overwhelming at peak times).

Most of the staff are great, the machines are well kept up but there aren't enough to go around when the place fills up. Trainers are friendly and welcoming. Change rooms are nice and good sized. Had an iffy experience with a customer service employee last time I was there that sort of demonstrated a lack of training on their part but generally my interactions with the employees are very positive.

Newer gym that is good when not busy. Pros: Clean, new, awesome change rooms, showers have shampoo body wash and conditioner, nicesrge lockers, hair dryers, lots of mirrors, nice cardio area with nice tvs, Cons: Way too small for peak hours, it’s basically a long hallway about 30’ wide x 100’ long. Not enough equipment for the amount of people, only a couple bench press and squat racks, limited machines needs more for sure always waiting for everything. More expensive than competitor gyms. If you go off peak hours it would work okay, little pricey but to have a nice change room is worth it IMO. If you plan to go when everyone else does you’ll be disappointed.
