I visited from Toronto its Nice Gym & now have new big towels only the 1st floor is noisy due to ceiling problem

Great gym. The comments about yoga crotch, smelly carpets, and a corrupt manager have been exaggerated. The first floor does smell a little sweaty, but as it is the main cardio area, this is normal. The upstairs (which contains the majority of free weights, change rooms, and hot yoga studio doesn't smell at all. Some of the equipment is dated compared to some other Goodlife locations, but all is in general working order, and the general manager is actually super nice (I was told that the last manager had been replaced with this one not too long ago). Even during peak times you generally don't need to wait for stations as there are ample lifting racks, dumbbells, cable machines etc. The staff is also very friendly and attentive. One complaint I have is more about the customers than anything else since people don't always put things back and you can find yourself looking around for certain weights or having to pull them off of machines because the last user didn't put them back. But that is pretty normal in a lot of places...sadly.

Well equipped and spacious gym with a wide range if equipment, fitness classes. Main downer: constant pop music without much appeal among Boomers/GenXers
