Each time I have experienced intuitive reiki healing with Tasha, it has blown me away. She provides very enriching noticing and presence – I feel a deep connection and know that she is meeting me, here and now, as I am. I feel clearly seen. Tasha’s intuition for where to focus is phenomenally accurate. In these healing sessions, my body feels heard by Tasha’s focus and movements and I feel invited into a deep presence and listening as well. It feels like we’re co-healing, as she’s able to invite me into the process and create an empowering sense of connection to my body. I feel able to deeply listen and continue healing myself. I always leave feeling hopeful, clear and engaged with my process – with clarity on how to support myself along my journey. Tasha seems to have the perfect questions and messages, and she reveals what she’s noticing and channeling at the perfect time. This intuitive ability reveals such a blessing of information which maps onto my experience in a very clear and valuable way. During the healing, I am given so much ease and direction, and the feedback Tasha offers stays with me and continues to guide me. She has offered breathing techniques that bring ease and more awareness in my body, every day. The tools she reveals have helped to support my movement, my meditation practice, my time with myself and my navigation of difficult and meaningful life decisions. These intuitive suggestions have been invaluable and have offered me so much clarity. I feel blessed to be in connection with Tasha and overjoyed that many others will be able to experience the deep healing and the incredible insights that she offers.

When I first came into Tash's presence it was during a yoga session at Moksha Yoga Waterloo. Having never previously spoken or even meeting, her calm yet passionate direction immediately moved me into a deeper level of connection with my practice. Tash's incredible intuition recognized an area of pain in my body that had been of ailment to me since running a half marathon earlier that year. When floating us into pigeon, Tash asked if she could adjust me, moving and releasing my hip in a way that not even my osteopaths had been capable of achieving up until that point. Since this beautiful and transcendent practice, Tash has become a close personal friend as well as a source of wisdom to aid me in my emotional and spiritual development. I have used her breadth of knowledge to further my yoga practice, encourage my friends practices, understand and appreciate reiki as well as asking her to guide my private birthday yoga class, and hiring her to guide a 100 person glow in the dark yoga party (those experiences deserves a separate 5 star review altogether!). Whatever is driving your personal development, Tash can approach your issues with support and understanding. A runes reading, a crystal meditation, reiki session, yoga practice, creating a custom piece of intention based jewelry or or even giving a hug, Tash is my go-too person to assist in feeding my spiritual fulfillment. Love you Tash! Thanks for all that you do for your community!
