Lotus meditation has been such a gift in my life and the lives of my family. I have found it to be such a beautiful place to go to recharge and connect with your own soul and to meet like minded people. Vani and Kris are such warm hearted and loving people. They open their home and their hearts to all and they are incredible people. My daughter and I have been attending meditations with lotus meditation for about 5 years now and I have gone to talks and retreats as well. This really is a beautiful, safe place to allow your heart and mind to open â¤ï¸

I first met Fiona and Kris about 5 years ago at the Multi Cultural Festival. I have been going ever since and find the wonderful chanting meditation to be uplifting and yet peaceful at the same time. Always helps to clear my mind of the stresses of the day and Fiona and Kris are wonderful and friendly and down to earth. I now go regularly and have a deep peace everyday. I don't have room to list all the wonderful things this chanting has done for me.

Kris and Vani are what you wish everyone in the world was - welcoming, warm, caring hosts who bring a sense of peace, harmony and feeling of connection to everyone they meet. The music and kirtan chanting leave you with a lovely vibration and energy and help release the thoughts of the day that don't serve you. When there is a potluck, Kris is the most amazing cook for sometimes as many as 30 people!! Amazing people who live the difference they hope to see in the world. What great role models they are for all of us who can learn by their example. They are incredibly thoughtful of others and so personable that you feel like family. Although I travel for weeks or months at a time, I always have time to see them and join a Kirtan. I have been doing this for almost 4 years now (maybe longer?!). The connection with them just seems timeless.

I highly recommend Lotus Meditation! I attended my first mantra meditation session with Kris in Feb 2014 at The Total Woman show at Bingemans and have been delighted to attend Lotus Meditation events ever since. Kris and Vani dasi are welcoming, generous, kind, compassionate and accepting. They host monthly kirtan (i.e. singing mantra meditation) and share a vegan meal afterwards. Kris is an amazing cook and Van dasi has a beautiful voice! They also host meditation classes on Tuesday evenings and a vedic wisdom session on Thursday evenings. Mantra meditation, makes it easier to meditate, as one listens to a transcendental sound. It way is better than an app, when one experiences mantra meditation with the energy and support of the community! Meditation has made a phenomenal difference in my life and I am grateful to Vani dasi & Kris for sharing mantra meditation with me and the community! Daily meditation practice has many benefits. It relieves stress and anxiety; provides better focus; one has better relationships with oneself and with others; gain greater compassion and love; is a pathway to growing self-awareness and improved self-management, which are two key emotional intelligence competencies; one becomes receptive to gaining insights; it centres one, it makes one more resilient; and it changes oneâ€™s happiness set-point.
