My experience at Full Lotus Yoga has been nothing but good. I have not had a single class in the last four years in which I wasn't guided, encouraged, and accepted. I was essentially new to yoga, but due to the appeal of this studio it has become part of my daily routine. Thank you, Liz, for your vision and leadership.

What sets this yoga studio apart is it’s people. There is a real sense of community and warmth. The instructors are very knowledgeable and the owner Liz is amazing. She brought together a unique conglomerate of people that makes this yoga studio home.

I"ve been practicing yoga at this studio for about 2 years. The instructors are outstanding. They are all very personable. They take the initiative to learn your name, and give personal instructions as needed. It's very obvious that all of the instructors put alot of thought into their classes, they always vary the routines and give great cues to help you follow along. It is the kind of place where you will feel at home right away. It is a clean studio also offering some apparel, books and yoga gear for sale. They also offer special events, classes and workshops. I think their prices are reasonable, they have a variety of options for class packages and frequently have specials. I give it 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.

Today I had my first private yoga session with Marielle. It’s the best thing I could’ve done for myself. She was so inspiring and knowledgeable. The place is beautiful and serene. You walk in the door and feel so relaxed. Thank you Marielle! Can’t wait for my next session!

This is my favorite yoga studio by far and I have tried quite a few; I am definitely glad a friend recommended it to me! Most studios I have been to, I like 1-2 teachers/classes. So far I have had classes with 6 of the 10 teachers and I love them all! I particularly enjoy the Ashtanga, hot vinyasa and yoga flex classes. The room is always heated to a toasty temperature to help with stretching, they have a good sized entry area and they have inexpensive street parking (free after 6PM and on Sundays). I would not recommend their regular classes if you are new, but they did add an intro to yoga class that I would recommend. Also, your first week is free.
