I absolutely love this studio! It is conveniently located in the heart of Midtown, and I have felt welcome and comfortable from my very first class. The atmosphere is not one of competition, and the teachers are kind and caring. They make the effort to get to know their students, which is a huge plus in my book. It is obvious that everyone who works here is one large family and that kind of energy is infectious. You won't regret giving it a try!

I decided to check out this studio after it was recommended independently by TWO of my favorite yoga teachers in SF, and I'm quite glad I did! I've been very impressed so far -- I've loved all the teachers classes so far (which rarely happens as usually there are some I prefer more than others), everybody has been super friendly / welcoming, and it's in an awesome location. Definitely getting the monthly pass!

This place is great! The studio offers a variety of yoga classes ranging in difficulty and has the perfect atmosphere and music to become at peace with myself. I love the candle light yin and the vinyasa yoga. They also offer many special packages throughout the year and a weekly $5 happy hour yoga on Fridays. I highly recommend practicing yoga here.

Very cool place! Everyone is so friendly and I had an awesome slow flow class with Lauren! Parking is really accessible especially right in Midtown. Definitely recommend it!

I really like it here. I am new to yoga and I don't feel intimidated to learn and grow into my practice here. the instructors have been very nice and welcoming. I bought the two week beginners pass to start out and was able to rent a mat for a low fee. Every time I walked in, the person at the reception desk greeted me by name without me introducing myself! I thought that was impressive and made me feel welcome here. i park in the structure right next door, which is convenient for me. there is street parking as well and that option is free. the crowd here is diverse and everyone has been friendly. the facilities are clean. As a new yogi, i see this place being where i want to learn and practice yoga.
