Just tried to check the time schedule for Covent Garden but the link is broken. I can't see the schedule through 'book a class' without registering, which I am not going to waste time doing as I can't tell if they have a class scheduled in the needed timeslot. It is a great mystery--how does a business survive with a fully designed website that lacks a basic time schedule of classes?

Amazing studio with great classes and competitive prices. Super easy to book through the app. Yoga classes there are absolute heaven 😙and the yoga focused workshops are worth a try if you are serious about deepening your practice, but with an extra price tag. Excited to try the new Barre classes. On the downside, although most of the teachers take safety alignment seriously, a couple don't, and injury is so common, especially with high intensity classes and over stretching in yoga. I would also consider making the reformer Pilates classes slightly more challenging to keep up with competition, but luckily there are a couple of advanced classes to chose from. Would also love to see a few iyengar and yin classes, and a couple more restoratives.

Best instructors: Antonia (pilates), Harriet (pilates) Rene (group fitness), Holly (yoga), Hailey (yoga), James (yoga). I've been to pretty much every instructor and those are the only ones worth checking out, IMO. Pros: - Small group fitness classes will have max 8 people, provides great attention to detail. - Pilates/yoga studio is heated but not HOT. - I've never waited to take a shower at peak times. Cons: - Changing area is SMALL - not enough room for everyone to get dressed and put makeup on. - Showers are TINY and I'm not a big human - not much room to move around at all. - Expensive! Only joined because of an inexpensive intro offer but wouldn't normally pay this much. - Towel hire for non-members is more expensive than any other studio I've been to. - Instructors vary.

I was on and off with yoga for so many years, tried out many studios, but through Goodvibes I found passion in yoga. The teachers are very experienced, and you can tell they love yoga and teaching it. There are multiple classes everyday, 7 days a week (although I wish they had earlier morning classes and later evening classes). The room is spacious with a really nice lighting. After the introductory month, initially I tried out a different studio near my office because Covent Garden isn't very convenient for me, but eventually I went back to sign up for a full membership because I just love the classes here so much. The facilities are really clean.

I just love this place, highly qualified trainers and very friendly team members managing reception.
