Great teachers, staff, and a friendly atmosphere. It is often busy in the evenings as it's right in central London, but that is to be expected and most people I've met there are conscientious considering the limited changing room space. There is a wide range of styles and teachers, some are more focused on the spiritual side of yoga, some are more physical, but there are always options and you should be able to find a class and teacher that suits you. There is also a great mix of students and new friends to meet!

Generally, the location is good and teachers are professional mostly. However, they need to select the teachers more carefully. I was attending a yoga class held by Leila Sadeghee and I found her attitude was terribly rude so I had to leave the place before the class starts. I was waiting in the room while urgently working on my mobile before the class starts. As soon as Leila, the teach came into the room, with her loud voice, she said 'please put the phone into the locker'. As I was working on my phone urgently, I said to her 'I would switch it off when the class starts. She said, ' you better put the mobile in the locker'. She doesn't have a right to ask clients where to put their properties. The way she talked was absolutely beyond professional & adult yoga teacher's quality. I am quiet surprised that Triyoga where I have always had good experiences doesn't control the manner and conduct of the yoga teachers toward clients. Yoga teacher do not treat a client like a kid in the school. Absolutely disappointing!!

Great class. Celeste is a very knowledgeable and fun instructor. Easy to book online.

I love Triyoga and they have helped me rebuild confidence. I think it’s really important to ask questions about your teacher before class so you find the right one.

Starbucks is to coffee what Triyoga is to spirituality. Anyone considering this chain of yoga studios should know they are lacking any serious depth. The atmosphere portrayed is one of wellness and health. However, nothing could be further from the truth...
