Great yoga studio in the heart of London. My first time experience was amazing. Everyone is so kind and welcoming! Variety of yoga classes and therapies. Enjoyed my visit Monday. Thank you :)

Simply amazing place... excellent teachers.

This is a very nice multi-use space with great yoga classes (esp Helen Russell-Clark's Rocket!), nice staff, and good facilities. I haven't taken many of their other classes so far, but sign-up is easily done online and they have a variety of wellness and yoga classes available. Yoga mats and water (from a cooler) are provided for the yoga classes, and the place in general is relaxing and serene. I wouldn't mind if the classes were just a little cheaper, but the space IS in Belgravia, so one has to expect a certain price level, and buying a £20 membership provides a discount on all classes.

Awful experience with both receptionist and manager. Do not expect any flexibility or hospitality when it comes to wanting to change appointment times. I couldn't make my class, they refused refund and also refused allowing me to transfer the class to another day.

Mark saw me after my daughter explained my symptoms to him. Such an engaging man with so much knowledge that was appropriate to my situation. I would very much like to read some of the papers that Mark has written. Some advice on how to access these would be much appreciated Now I know that I have help at hand when my situation deteriorates. It is unfortunate that I live in the West Country and I am unable to visit The Light Centre on a regular basis. I know that Mark is there for me when I need him - such a reassuring feeling. Thanks Mark. Jane x
