Whenever I am in London, I love practicing at Stillpoint, it feels like home, I can focus on my personal practice while being held in a beautiful and supportive atmosphere. Scott has a deep understanding for one’s personal constitution and characteristics, not only on a physical level but also energetically and emotionally. He also comes regularly to our shala in Luxembourg where we have been able to explore beautiful techniques to take our personal practice to deeper levels, off the mat and into our whole life. Thank you Scott for creating this beautiful space and community, like a home, an extended yoga family.

Stillpoint is a truly wonderful place. I have been going to stillpoint for nearly 4 years and in that time it has become an irreplaceable part of my life. Scott and his team are amazing. They are highly knowledgeable, skilled and intuitive, guiding everyone in the room to achieve their yogic ambitions.

Love going to Stillpoint for my weekly practice. Scott and his team are brilliant teachers, knowledgeable, hands on adjustments are always with respect and insight. Everyone is friendly, no sense of competitiveness. Highly recommended.

Been practising with Scott and his team for almost 3 years and it's been absolute pleasure and honour to be guided by such great teachers. I love that teachers have very personalised approach and always encourage to progress and see beyond what you thought your limits are. Every teacher has their own style of adjusting, and that helps to gain more insight on different postures and understand how the body and mind works. Truly inspiring experience each time i practice.

I began going to Stillpoint in 2017 after about 5 years away from yoga. Scott and the rest of the team have been wonderful. Their adjustments are precise, mindful and energising, this really helped my practice improve. I have since moved to Europe, and miss my morning practice at Stillpoint...but every visit I make to London I find the time to drop in for a class. I highly recommend Stillpoint.
