Dr

I cannot recommend this school highly enough. The lineage of Yoga it teaches carries the true spirit and substance of this practice of self cultivation. The teacher is entirely dedicated - with skill, care and patience supports and guides the journey of each student. For those open, this is life transforming, challenging and enlightening. With gratitude!

I started going to Islington Yoga about 15 years ago and wholeheartedly recommend. The teachers are very well trained and run excellent classes. The style of yoga taught--shadow yoga--mixes dynamism with attention to detail, aiming to increase energy while avoiding injury. The studio has natural light and is comfortable. Classes are a good size with no overcrowding. The atmosphere is friendly and spirited.

This is a very good yoga school with wise and experienced teachers. I found it over six years ago and I have been coming to the classes since then. I would highly recommend this place to anyone willing to strengthen body and mind and to be guided by responsible people.

Overpriced for short sessions relative to other studios in central London.
