I love this studio, great classes and teachers! The people working there are so friendly. Only upside it could be a little bit cleaner in the showers but I heard they are going to renovate the whole studio this year. Bikram Yoga itself is just the best with the heat, you sweat everything out and you feel so good afterwards!

I got a voucher purchased by my brother and sister from France for me to try this place. I was supposed to get the voucher for Xmas but due to work I couldn't go home for Xmas and went back in France to celebrate a happy belated Xmas with my family where I got the coupon. Unfortunately it had expired so when I came to the hot yoga society they took my voucher and said it can't be used. So I had to pay for a package on the day (as I came with a friend who paid for one off session so I didn't want to let my friend down). At the end of the session they said I could get a bit of discount if I was going to buy a big package of sessions. I'm very disappointed the way they treated me.

A truly disgusting place. Do not visit! Have practiced yoga for years and I've never had to request for a refund of a class due to the awful experience - & I was promptly declined. The changing rooms/studio stink and the place is overcrowded. Try Globe House yoga around corner for a excellent yoga class.

The Sweat Society HIIT classes have become part of my daily routine, working hard and training as a team. Start your day off the right way or if early mornings are not for you there are many other classes throughout the day including the fabulous hot yoga, it is definitely worth checking out!! Highly recommended if you are looking for a friendly and fun way of getting in to shape!!

If you'll decide to leave the lesson earlier, you will be interrogated by instructor in front of whole class. So think twice if you're ready for such humiliation. On top of that, main hot room has carpet all over. Not sure how health & safety allows that. Showers in female changing rooms smell of wee. The worst studio ever.
