My favourite yoga class by a landslide! Olivia is a down-to-earth and very helpful instructor, and she makes people of all levels feel welcome. You can be a beginner or a pro and you will all walk out feeling like you got the most out of the class. I’ve been practicing yoga for a little over a year but have only come to truly feel and understand its benefits after coming to Olivia’s class which just comes to show how important the quality of the instructor is. If you haven’t done so already, come to Olivia’s class I guarantee you won’t regret it!

I love Olivia's classes! Challenging and yet relaxing. She gives practical, specific and down-to-earth instructions. I get more out of standard postures with Olivia than I have with any other yoga teacher. I always leave feeling great. Will definitely keep coming back.

Olivia is a fantastic yoga teacher. Her attention to detail and easy going manner are a great combination. Unlike so many teachers she helps you understand not only what to do but why you are doing it, so you remember for next time! Definitely check her out!

Great classes! Olivia is a superb teacher, step by step instructions so even beginners like me can feel fully capable in each class - she’s always able to adapt poses for any particular injuries or problems too. Also a lovely studio too! 5 stars!

Olivia is an amazing yoga teacher! She manages to strike the delicate balance between challenge and relaxation - everything you want from an hour after a busy day. She's attentive and happy to help you adjust your poses and movements, whilst managing to avoid making you feel overly observed. I couldn't recommend the classes highly enough - great tunes, flows, moments of zen but mainly a down to earth and inclusive vibe which is incredibly refreshing.
