A great idea whose time has come. Founder Nina Ryner is truly doing something new, brilliantly executed, a great staff, making for a fantastic experience. Give it a try, London!

I adore this studio! This place combines yoga with colour therapy, so the classes are named by colour. The relaxing pink class on Mondays will help you face the week ahead, and the yellow and chromatic classes will really challenge you. Absolutely fantastic instructors.

Little gem in Shoreditch! I love this place, have now been going for a couple of months and totally recommend it to everyone. The mix of light, sound and scents makes it more immersive an special than just a normal yoga class. So far I've tried the red which is quite intense on the core area, the yellow which is still proper but less intense that the red, blue which is super lovely with good stretches and the pink which is basically a relaxing session. I like the fact that depending on how my day went and which mood I'm in I can choose which is the best colour to go for.

Lovely relaxing place. Classes aren't too big, allocated spaces so you're not too cramped. Mix of sound, light and smells to make this such a relaxing set of class. Also right bang in the middle of Shoreditch so easy to get to from work.

Chroma is perhaps one of the most divine places to stretch your limbs but to also reset your mind. Their use of light and sound will leave you feeling ready for another trip around the sun. Every teacher brings their own style too which makes each class interesting. I promise you will never regret a class at Chroma. And of course, the space is very, very Instagrammable.
