I can’t compliment this enough! As a beginner, naturally, I was apprehensive about going to a yoga retreat with people at all levels. I can tell you that that apprehension didn’t even factor in as soon as I arrived at Spectrum Turkey. It was one of the best things I’ve experienced. In one week, my body was stronger and I was so much more energised. The yoga was brilliant and Catie, founder of CYoga is one of the most patient and encouraging teachers I’ve come across. She was able to adjust for all levels but at the end of the week, I felt a sense of achievement. I thoroughly recommend Spectrum Turkey and learning with CYoga. It was great value, the food was delicious and the surroundings spectacular! Thank you Catie for everything and I shall return very soon.

Catie is simply on a different level and one of a kind! She's an amazing Yoga teacher whose passion for inversions and backbends is contagious. She has great knowledge and the ability to teach step by step challenging poses even in mix level classes. She never puts you off and encourages you to get over the fear of falling or injuring yourself. Her classes are always fun and I would definitely recommend Catie to anyone.

Get benefits from Cyoga experience and step up your practice! After 1 week in Turkey I feel stronger and got over many fears especially of being upside down! Catie adjusts her classes to all levels so everyone has something to do and work on. Also she is great fun to be around:) Definitely Spectrum has been a magical experience with a lovely group of people! Cannot wait till the next one!

I have know Catie for over 2 years and she has been the person who has made me love yoga! Before I did not know what was the feeling of doing a backbend, handstand, headstand, splits,etc...now I know thanks to my amazing Yoga teacher and since then I can not live without doing Yoga. I really recommend Catie, I am physiotherapist and I know how the body works and I must say that Catie knows more about the body than me she has a lot of knowledge and she is different from others teachers because she dedicates her time to 100% yoga that's what makes her special. Thank you for all the hours of teaching you was a blessing in my life! now I moved to Belfast and I'm teaching to my patients what I learnt from Catie.
