I have tried quite a few different yoga classes & this is definitely the most 'special'! Sarah is really friendly, encouraging and attentive. And helps you to continue moving onto the next level at your own speed. The classes are intimate & the new studio is perfect. There is a real small community feel also which is so rare in London yoga classes today - you get to know the other students pretty fast as the community who come seem to always come back!

I love Notting Hill Yoga studio, the studio is beautiful with a great atmosphere. Sarah is a very dedicated, kind and skilled teacher who gets to know you and helps you to learn yoga at your own pace. I had done yoga before but never had such a good experience. I feel I am truly learning how my body works, how to push the boundaries step by step. My partner Henry also attends the sessions with me and loves it too ! This is a gem!

Tucked away in the quiet Notting Hill neighbourhood hides a true yoga gem. Run by Sarah, the classes are small, intimate and the ideal place to further your yogic practice. Regardless of your yoga level, this is the place for you. Sarah has managed to create a warm and encouraging energy in the room that will inspire you to stretch that little bit longer. The studio is bright and spacious and always filled with smiling faces before, during and after class.

I have just moved to London and found this studio within a few mins walk of my flat. The studio itself is lovely and the people are quite friendly. Sarah is an excellent instructor. She takes the time to help each student master the pose and changes up each class. She also makes sure to take time each week to explain a new Yoga pose and or concept to help us learn not only the form but also the philosophy. If you are looking for a studio that will help you improve and really learn yoga, this is the place to practice!

Sarah is a wonderful & professional Yoga teacher – Not only she provides an excellent support during the sessions. The groups are small, dynamic . It was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to learn Yoga properly – and now am addicted to it Thank you so much for all these lessons so far! 10/10 for everything … even to the assistant teacher Mimoune ;)
