Great instructors and experience to be there.I love all the instructors, they are amazing patience and friendly. The director of the studio, the staff Sarah...So warmly and kind. Always ready to help. I trust this studio so much, enjoying the classes. Thanks for all the team!!!

Reception is chaotic and staff non attentive so much so that the yoga teacher ended up helping me on my first day at the yoga studio. The best class is Saturday morning with the Austrailian guy - all other classes non interactive I.e. the teacher isn’t doing the yoga at the front of the class with you and doesn’t come round to do modifications . If you want a quick fix and to be able to choose from many classes this is your place. If you want authentic yoga with less people and better customer service you may want to try a smaller studio.

Busy place, quite popular it seems :) Friendly and helpful staff. You need to do a bit of research on what bikram yoga is beforehand, and their website provides some information but the staff also encourages newbies to come and talk to them if you have got any questions. Recommended :)

Worst teaching ever!!! And the management doesn't even respond to my concerns. I wasn't allowed to drink water when I needed it, duty of care is irresponsible, teacher very unprofessional and had no idea what the spirit of Yoga is all about. Instead of guiding the class and allowing your body to do what feels good, we were dictated like a military regime, the teacher didn't stop talking and I just had to zone out. After being told I am not allowed to do child's pose in this class, the universal resting pose, I got up and left and asked for a refund. I came out more stressed than I walked in. Nothing relaxing about this place. Totally traumatising experience. Also the place is dirty, and I felt uncomfortable walking around barefoot. The toilet floor was wet, and female sanitary everywhere. This place is not serious about wellbeing, nor about health & safety. Go elsewhere is my advise!
