Don't sign up here. Crunch Fitness up the street is $10 a month with new equipment ( I am NOT an affiliate ). As soon as my membership expires here Ill be switching. Lots of broken equipment. The front entrance gate is usually taped open with no one at the front desk. Most of the staff are pleasant however personal trainers are usually teaching their clients useless and/or obnoxious forms of exercise like lunging across the whole gym or curling while standing on dumbbells and then leaving and equipment including benches and free weights laying wherever they dropped them. I'm not even kidding, it is actually quite funny to see in person though. If you're close enough to the gym and don't mind paying 30/month extra its worth it. Oh yeah, and don't buy their sales tactics. I've been a member here for 6 years on and off, the price has been 42/month forever, the only difference now is you don't get access to the Millcreek Goodlife.

This is one of the better goodlife's in Mississauga, but what kind of gym closes at 6pm on weekends? Knocking off 4 stars just for this reason. There's no excuse. This should be a 24 hour gym.

If I could give this gym zero stars I would. I've been a member here for 7 years and yet I've never received such disrespect and ignorance that I received from one of the front desk workers named Vanessa. My boyfriend tried getting a membership here but no one was at the front desk for 30 minutes. He finally walked in and right away Vanessa comes yelling from upstairs accusing him of SNEAKING IN and pointed at me saying I helped him sneak in. I was in utter shock and when I tried to politely speak with her she yelled and embarrassed me infront of the entire gym and went on to talk badly about me to other customers... she even rudely mocked me. When talking to other customers at the gym I went on to find out she does this regularly and they're also is shock to how she's not fired from this location yet. Someone like that should not be working at a place where you're supposed to feel the most comfortable in. Zero customer service skills. Will be cancelling my memebership.

If you care about any kind of customer service, do not bother with this gym. We will be taking our business elsewhere, and I hope members of the community who read this will follow suit TL;DR: Terrible service, the customer service representative yelled at my mother in front of the gym, no management structure whatsoever Today my Mother went to this gym, as she as been for several months for her class, only to be yelled at by the front desk lady. My mother does not speak English fluently, which made situations worse. The problem apparently was that she had not paid for the yoga class, despite going there for the last 3 months. For whatever reason, they had cancelled her add-on without prompt at all, last week. Being a reasonable person, My mother asked them to add this back to her account so she could attend the class. Not only did the representative not promptly do so, they started selling her other plans. By the time that they had finally completed the simple add-on transaction, she was refused entry to the club (despite having a valid membership as well as paying for the additional cost of the class) on the grounds that the class was about to start and had no room for her. When she asked to speak to a manager, the customer service representative stated that the manager was not on duty at the time, and if she wanted to complain about this she would have to wait until she is actually on duty to do so. When asked when this would be, she stated that she was unsure, and that she knows that another manager will be on duty on Monday. Not only do they not care for their members, the customer service representative at this point was yelling and causing a scene at the front desk. How is it possible that there is no manager on duty at a business? sure, it would make sense that the owner or top boss is not there, but there has to be some kind of person in charge, even a middle schooler understands that principle of business management. This is a insult to the community. This major gym isn't important enough to GoodLife to have hired someone to be in charge over the weekend, demonstrating the clear lack of care for their customers.

Customer service is garbage. I can't go through one week without getting yelled at for something. Just the other day I was deadlifting (light weight mind you) with mats under the bar just for that extra assurance that it doesn't damage the equipment. I am descending slowly and going with tight and strict form. DURING my set a manager walks up to me and says very condecendingly that I need to lower the weight because it's too loud, not taking into account that EVERYTHING ECHOES IN THAT GYM (you can hear the cardio machines from the other side if the gym). Not only am I being penalized for trying to elevate myself, apparently I cannot workout with my friends because if I do I am "training them". Am I not allowed to workout with my friends now? I find that the customer service in this gym is the worst of any goodlife I have ever visited and I am ashamed that this is the closest one to me. If you can help it, DO NOT come to this gym.
