This is a women’s only gym and it was fairly clean, and tons of free weights to use! 2 squat racks , 1 rowing machine, many treadmills, 1 spin bike and 2 stair masters. The gym wasn’t that busy so plenty of space to workout - the only thing I’d say is that it definitely has less equipment and machines than a co-ed gym.

This is a good place where you can exercise 24 hours a day. It is also interesting that it links with other branches. You can use programs from other branches. They have branches in many places. !!!

Great women's only gym, with lots of equipment and no wait times. However the hours on the weekend are not so great, will be nice to have them open a little longer in the evening plus no towel service and my membership is all inclusive. Women need towels too folks!!

Located inside the Real Canadian Superstore. I've never been able to go inside because it's for women only. Would be nice and convenient if this location was unisex. Maybe it's not large enough to accommodate alot of members at one time.
