Tons of equipment and seems very well maintained. Good to see some of the great Williamsville staff has transferred here since they closed. Also wanted to mention that dan is a really positive and great employee - always super nice to my family !!!

As a realtor in the area, my time is always pressed with clients. It is so nice to have a gym that is opened at various hours that can accommodate my schedule. The overall gym is clean, but one suggestion is the mens urinals and toilets can afford a better cleaning job. Otherwise, I always have access to the equipment and enjoy the atmosphere.

Good equipment selection and a large floor space, but questionable locker room cleaning schedules - at least for the men's side. Showers tend to go cold as well when you first turn them on and it isn't busy - you'll end up turning on an extra 1-2 just to run through the cold water faster.

Been to a ton of gyms nationwide, this is nice, like any other professional gym with actual women's rooms (showers, sauna, lockers, etc.), but the real selling point for me was the WOMEN'S SECTION (full strength training equipment area, free weights, cardio machines, etc.). This section is separate from the male clientele. That's right ladies, for those of you not looking for a date, you can have a 100% comfortable, yet serious, workout without having your rear stared at the whole time! You are free to use whichever side of the gym you prefer.
