I would give 0 start if I could. I had really bad experience with GoodLife Fitness. I started my membership more than 1 year ago. I paid the membership with my credit card. I paid for 6 months every time at least 2 months before the membership expired. Suddenly their system said that I had a miss payment. I talked to the managers so many times and called customer service so many times to tell the same story. They just could not figure out why I had a miss payment. I showed them the receipts that show when I paid and that the time range I paid. They told me to hold on until they figured out what was going on. Now my membership was cancel by them. I kept asking them to resume my membership and clear my account. Now the customer service told me that they didn't make any mistake and there was no issue with my payment. But they can't resume my membership. I have start a new membership and pay a lot more money.

They have really old equipment, bad smell, bad shower room. Be very careful with your payment. They will mess it up, and never figure it out. I really don't recommend it.

I come here during my lunch break for a quick cardio session. I'll give it 5 stars, simply because it has what I need and because it's close. However, I probably wouldn't recommend going here during peak hours as it seems a bit small. Limited number of squat racks and the free-weight section is rather small in comparison to other Goodlife facilities. Lastly, I should mention that the staff there are very welcoming and nice and the gym is kept very clean. I'll continue to come everyday :)

The place is cramped and a little dingy. Lots of employees just standing around and doing nothing. Not a lot of squat racks or room to deadlift. A very small space for that much equipment. This place is probably barely meeting the fire code or something with the small amount of space in between the machines. [Edit 1] Things are much better now! Employees are friendlier and it is more clean. 3 places to squat and 2 bench press but not a lot of room to deadlift if the place is full. The place is more organized now. This review went from a 2 star to 4 star.

Pretty cramped between 3-7. Equipment is kinda old and only 2 bench presses and 3 squate racks. The gym is already small so it's very annoying that the management staff is anal about people being in the Personal Trainer section at night and on weekends.
