Memberships are non-transferable after new policy. My family member is outside the city and is stuck paying for a gym pass that he can't use. Good life Key-tags serves as a great decoration!

Honestly this gym would be great if it weren’t for some of the staff. I’ve had a couple of the girls be quite rude and they give off the vibe that they talk badly about some of the customers behind the desk including myself. I don’t want to go into too much detail because I don’t want anyone to get in trouble but the point is they make myself and some of my female friends feel uncomfortable when we work out and I think it would be great if someone could talk to the girls in general about being professional and how to conduct proper customer service.

The gym itself is okay. The parking lot is always crowded, and there's not enough space for everyone. The staff talks behind other clients backs. But the worst part is the womens showers.. they smell really bad. The curtains are slimy and theres always clumps of hair everywhere. The floors aren't graded properly so water pools at your feet and the smell from the grates is overwhelming. It's in desperate need of TLC.
